Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Covers the safe, effective mitigation and restoration of structures and contents affected by fire, soot, and smoke damage. Technicians learn advanced cleaning, deodorization, and structural surface stabilization techniques, as well as how to manage the complex logistics of fire-loss sites.

Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

An advanced certification focused on the safe and proper remediation of mold, sewage, and biological contamination. This training emphasizes setting up containment zones, preventing cross-contamination, utilizing specialized PPE, and protecting the health and safety of both workers and building occupants.

Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS)

An elite designation designed for managing large-scale, complex commercial and industrial drying projects. This specialty covers commercial structural logistics, advanced psychrometry, capacity calculations for large equipment, and coordinating restoration timelines to minimize business interruption.

Forklift & Boom Lift License

Validates the expert proficiency and safety compliance required to operate high-access mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and industrial materials-handling machinery. Essential for safely navigating commercial sites, removing heavy debris, and positioning restoration equipment during complex structural projects.
